It’s a well-maintained house. For reference, the flooring on the second floor was newly redone. We also spent 40,000 on the kitchen to replace the appliances and install a marble table. The roof was redone last year as well. The faucets have been replaced with new ones, and the ceiling fans were upgraded to a new design. The air conditioner has also been newly replaced and serviced. The fireplace was upgraded, and the electrical switches were changed to a new design. One more thing — a surround speaker system has been installed.
