Hello! It’s wonderful to meet you. I’m Stonebrook Farm at Wells Lane.
It’s so nice of you to look my way, though I’m sure we haven’t met, since I’ve never been on the market before. For the last 30 years, I’ve been sheltering those who care for me from the wind and rain, the snow and sun. I’ve been nourishing their bodies with fresh fruits and vegetables grown right from my organic soil. I like to think of myself as a place for healing and growth, a serene sanctuary for reflection and privacy. I pride myself in being all-organic, so you won’t find harmful substances on my grounds.
My caretakers have really made me beautiful, and I’ve done my best to help that beauty blossom. From my abundant orchards, with peach and pear trees, to my lavender and mint groves – on any given day I’m bursting with color and fragrance. I once housed hundreds of strawberry plants in my hundred-foot-long hoop house… it was a beautiful sight! You’ll be surprised just how many different plants you’ll find as you peruse my fenced gardens and hidden groves.
Some may see me as wood and stone, just structures built on land, but I’m so much more. I like to think of myself as a happy hybrid of old and new. I was constructed from timber harvested right where I now stand, and if you listen from my driveway you can hear the creek and waterfalls rushing below me. You might think it was a dream, but it’s not. After all, I’m writing this autobiography for you! Did I mention I have solar panels? Well, I do!
I also have abundant sources of water storage to feed all of the plants I grow each year – trust me, you’ll love how I’ve been outfitted. My caretakers say my infrastructure is second to none, and I couldn’t agree more. I’m perfectly equipped for an organic farm, a nursery, or an animal lovers sanctuary. I have a beautiful place to live, with plenty of space to add on or build new. The barns are perfect for animals, hobbies, workshops, or whatever you can dream up.
I haven’t just taken care of my caretakers, they’ve taken care of me too. I just had a facelift! A new roof, a new HVAC system, a new deck to enjoy my landscaping, and of course, plenty of pruning, clipping, and manicuring of my many gardens along the way.
There’s much more to show you and such little space to explain, so I look forward to meeting all of you who choose to visit, but to the one who chooses to stay – I can’t wait to create memories with you as we grow together into the next phase of life. In the meantime, I’ll be waiting, and you know right where to find me! Sincerely, – The Farm
